guiness book of records Hilda Baci has sold the Nigerian chef to the rest of the world, i had long thought of a chef magazine, i had it as a blog on wordpess,the African Chef courier,
i stumbled on Buildily they help to bring your ideas to fruition so i sent them a mail on my project and some other magazines,
i think its a very viable magazine, i was once involved in promoting a book titled NIgerian contemporary cuisine by Funke Koleoso, then desrcibed as nigerias leading chef in the UK, her book was launched at the Nigerian high commission in london, it was the first of its kind event, high profile with ambassadors and high commissioners from other counties invited #help #london #chef #event
