Film,perception and behavioral change

I would want to see how our scholars and film practitioners can use film in change if perception  or behavioural change in nigeria with regards  to the following

 1 Armed forces of nigeria such that she is feared by the enemy,respected  by the allies  and lived bythe  ngerian people 

2 nigerian police same as above

3custom officers and civil servants in genneral

4  drastic reduction in noncomunicable diseases like  heart failure

Stemming the tide of open defecation and urinating in  openspaces.

5 drastic reduction in materialism 

6 reckless driving

7 getting nigerians to go on holiday

8 healthy eating and adequate exercise

9 to change the perception as held of  some important  trades and professions

Environmental sanitation

Etiquette of talking in low and measured tones.
