to compensate  the south east   have courage and  make the south east ocuccpy the seat of ministry of petroleum. my candidate is chike nwosu, first class degree  in engineering physics ,obafemi awolowo university,distiction in theoretical physicsmahmadu bello university and currently managing director walther smith  refinery .he could also handle   , the POWER Ministry  and serve as executive  vice chairman of   NASENI.at  least one of these with the guarantee he would not be starved of funds. chike nwosu is eminently  qualified for the nobel prize if he ad gone further.
