hunger,poverty,disease and squalor  President Tinubu by calling for a state of emergency on food security you have called for war on hunger and poverty.war is the health of the state so said Randolph Bourne, President Bola tinubu the troops of youths are waiting to be mobilised  and given the command to quash hunger poverty,disease  and squalor.  They are not doing this with cutlasses or hoes,guns or grenades,armoired tanks or tractors  They are doing this by their smart phones,lap tops or personal computers on the farms at home in diaspora.any where there is an Internet connection They are champions, activists' advocates, facilitators, project managers, HR men and women or if you like HR managers or consultants, digital marketers, networkers, champion facilitators, feminists' activists, thought leaders, SDG advocates, smart agriculturists, innovators, creatives, entrepreneurs, venture capitalist, hubs people accelerators, ecosystem promoters, catering logisticians, logisticians and warehouse operativeswhat they do and what they use block chain, robotics, drones, artificial intelligence data, data mining, data science, internet of things virual reality etcthey do edtech, health Tech, FinTech, property tech clean tech etc we want to mobilise them to feed and teach 20 milion children out of school and to educate and train 20 million farmers #digitalliteracy #edt

Trust the clueless, jaded Nigerian politician. Mr. Tinubu wants to fight a war against hunger and one of his main lines of action--according to his spokesman--is to destroy more forest lands to establish more farms. He is probably not kidding. But, someone should remind these folks that the reason for the extreme hunger in the land today is not that we have yet to turn more of our dangerously dwindling forests into farms. Rather it has a lot to do with the general state of insecurity across the country. Have they not been to north central and middle belt regions--the country's farm belt-- to see that farms small and large have been abandoned by their owners, leaving crops to waste, because of the violent invasions and kidnappings, and mass killings? War against hunger indeed.
