And obafemi awolowo said of Lagos” even for the saints and sinners .,lagos has got socio gravitational pull”,the unhealthy thing is of saints and sinners who cannot be identified living on the same estate, the only qualification for being on the estate is access to lots of money,

Instead Of putting up a house for say 500 millionnaira on banana island you can provide  100 or more affordable houses with the same sum in ibadan and environs,using cement blocks if you are using bamboo almost exclusively like some houses in kaduna, you are able to build 500 houses and people would sleep soundly in those houses.,

Chances are that if you are putting up  a house,just one house for 500 million naira you would want to import virtually all the furniture,fixture,accessories and sanitaryware for the house all in the name of competing with your neighbors  but you might not have to do that in ibadan with 100 houses of cement blocks or almost exclusively of bamboo
