There is  much we expect  from a vice president who is so greedy about books.he should extend this live if books to all nigerians strting from the 50 bilion naira allocated to the completions  of the national library complex. They probably do not have,The Joy of learning by Tunji  olaopa in The national library collection talk less of the 300 libraries in nigeria.we need about 12,000 brick and mortar libraries.chicago is 6 milion population they have 95 public libraries with a budget of 100 milion yearly same projected population of ibadan  with three outdated public libraries. Thanks for sharing.so rry for my typos. I am visually  impaired somehow.
