Dear 7 million manufacturing workrs of nigeria Family is like a factory. factory is like family. take good care. eat well. sleep well laugh and exercise . food is medicine, exercise is medicine, sleep is medicines and laughter is the best medicine. The more colourful your plate with fruits and vegetables the better for your heart. Drink palm wine, eat kolanut, take honey and eat red pepper. Pepper is good for heart and prevents stroke .when you drink palm wine say Irun fun fun le mi ma mu lo o! It's all to ensure you exit this space -time continuum with frothy white hair. As white as a good and fresh helping of palm wine.bees work hard they make honey. Very sweet .your work would continue to be sweet.he who brings kola brings life! Work by day and cultivate yourself by night.888 formula by awolowo. 8 hours of work. 8 hours of reading and 8 hours of sleep. You are not obafemi awolowo so do 4 hours of reading every day. try online course like edx manufacturing systems at MIT etc talk to your chairman about your new found love of books .ask him to set up a factory library. thank him for the fire extinguishers and the general safety , security and satisfaction of he factory. Do not forget to put in some words for the pay roll manager and HR manager who is always sending you chocolate. #readingisfundamental
