Essential and Quintessential Man: Babatunde RajiFashola- one of Africa"s finest administrators My father now late was born august 20 1935 fashola was appointed minister on August 21 2019 after signing and sealing mambila nigerias biggest hero power project on my 51st birthday. Happy birthday in advance to fashola he is 60 on june 28. I was good with electricity at school. Babatunde RajiFashola bears my late fathers name and does my late fathers job.my late father a civil engineer .registed as 199 by coren for all nigerian engineers dead or alive. there are now 60,000 plus registered engineers! in Nigeria!! I give Babatunde RajiFashola 95 per cent for performance and leadership not because of his name. Firstly he is data driven. Evidence oriented. He has cross sectoral understanding and, administrative mien.he bèen on on top of his ministry.he knows where many of the roads and bridges are located around the vast Nigerian landscape. He knows where the problems are and the problem solvers.he obviously understands the rule of law.he understands the psychological and sociological implications of his actions. He is at home with urbanism and the same time quite urbane. Fashola is an effective communicator. Speaks in measured tones with great comportment and a warm wardrobe. He exhibits dexterity on the dinning table and .is graceful and gallant on the dance floor. I have seen him with the chief judge of lagos state, waltzing away. Like my late father, the works minister, Babatunde RajiFashola has a good reading habit I could have given him 120 per cent but I am not aware of his plans immediate, intermediate or long term. I know some of you would take me to be wicked for leaving him with 95 per cent because I gave rotimi amaechi and gbemisola Saraki 120 per cent for their 25 year plan same with Babajide Sanwo olu for 30 year plan and Godwin obaseki for 30 year plan. Godwin emefiele cbn governor also scores 120 per cent for daring to attempt to squeeze the naira to 17 naira a dollar and calling for production production production.the reward for hard work is more work.emefiele has written his name in the great books of history Emefiele is currently in detention.Innocent tuntil proven guilty thats the law.#leadership#data#engineers
