There can be no better illustration of "This takes the biscuit !"
It's bad enough when someone is being deliberately ironic or satirical and is misunderstood, however, this weird Nigerian court decision is the perfect example that fits into the concept that "truth is stranger than fiction", that justice is interchangeable with injustice, that Saint Muhammadu -don't-expect-any-miracles Buhari's saintly administration features criminal judges who believe that justice is best served by exonerating the criminals.
Is this not the type of evil that Paul was referring to in his sermon about " spiritual wickedness in high places"?

What says Presidential hopeful Atiku Abubakar about this desperate state of affairs?
