I suppose you are referring to what Ezekiel , a Hebrew Prophet prophesied about an endtime war - against Israel
The aggressor is defined as the one who initiates hostilities, and in this case Trump’s militaristic, war-mongering United States and Netanyahu’s State of Israel clearly initiated hostilities against The Islamic Republic of Iran : in the middle of ongoing negotiations that seemed to be making some headway, these men of lawlessness performing acts so vile, filling ordinary human species with revulsion, murdering the spiritual and temporal leader of Iran’s Islamic Republic Ayatollah Ali Khamenei - his death by martyrdom along with his daughter, son-in-law, grandchild, and daughter-in-law; his wife, Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, died from her injuries on 2 March.

How else are we to approach the wisdom of the elders and Mishlei / Proverbs : Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely upon your understanding?
I understand that you are not a great fan of dialectical materialism, speak less of nebulous concepts such as unearthed spiritual realities, a belief in the unseen, in visions and in the immaterial supernatural….
Unlike brighter words such as “faith” which the New Testament defines as “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”, and words such as “hope”, “ charity”, “manifest destiny”, - O ye of little faith must admit that the main idea behind fatalism has such a negative clang, unlike qadr, and indeed unlike tawakkul and Bitachon .
The latter of course does not mean that you know who is not a regular visitor to Washington DC, praying for protection by Uncle Sam & his greatest military

War is always a serious affair and with all this talk about Armageddon, Gog and Magog etc, for all we know the right-wing Bible-thumping Nigerian Pentecostals and evangelical hardliners could soon be contemplating the sending of their own financial contributions to the building of the third temple , and in the meantime also making their military and paramilitary contributions to defending the Holy Land whilst our Muslim brethren must be looking forward to joining Imam Mahdi's army
