So what is nigeria waiting  for  with regards to banning Social  media for all  teenagers  down the line to toddlers? 

. Why? Because we do not have the support  systems like they have  in UK..what's more they have libraries  and many reading  promotion  programs..

We have very few libraries  private  or public  so it's existential
