NOTE: If it were not for the civil disturbances there would not have been any arrests or changes and in the case of Donte Hamilton the police was free. In the George Floyd situation the police were not arrested until the rioting started!!!
In the video at the bottom the moderator and one of the participants seem to denounce the rioters, the lawyer seemed cautious, but only when the rioting starts is anything done!!!

Our nation erupts again as another black American, this time a 29 year old named Jacob Blake, is shot seven times by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Blake is seen on video with his back towards police, entering his car where his three young children waited for him, when those seven shots rang out, leaving him paralyzed and in critical condition.
