Prototype James Bond Sean Connery today blasted into eternity leaving a reeling teeming global audience and fans shaken and stirred.

Connery made the British super spy James Bond a household name across the world with his stunning debut performance in Dr. No.  Sean became the man to beat among the motley crew of Bond actors like Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, George Lazenby, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. None proved equal to the task.

Connery was the first to use a jet pack in film history to escape capture by Russian spies as he blasted out of an enclosure, a feat repeated on stage by Michael Jackson as part of his memorable stratospheric Bucharest  stagecraft.

Connery had played other non- Bond roles like in the classic The Hunt for the Red October.

This is an irreplaceable loss to the cinematographic industry.
