Yoruba folk narratives could be very interesting. In one, Ọrụnmila left his wife, Oro, only to return after many years to kill all her lovers. Here is my reflection:

I would be grateful if you could give the name of the source, the book edition or link to the text, the name of the story and the pagination of the story in the book, if it's in a book. The reference to Oro I've seen so far in Sixteen Great Poems seems to be to a different story.

Dear Toyin, 
I have got the book now. You know that in something like that this, one doesn't just depend on memory. It is very dangerous. Moreover, Ifa (Afa in Igbo) is highly elevated. It is dangerous to falsify its narrative. 

Here are the particulars:

Abimbola, Wande. 2015.Sixteen Great Poems of Ifa. Ibadan: University Press. (Sorry, the book has no ecopy) 

No edition indicated.

Chapt. VII, 
"The Consequences of Marital Neglect...." (p. 171).
