beautiful review.

The institutional and economic issues raised foreground the question of how books like can be more readily accessible in Africa, given the often high purchase cost for the reader,  of books published by Western scholarly publishers, a situation managed in the West through people's robust incomes, cheaper  access through second hand and remainders bookshops and vigorous library systems, enablements less accessible in Nigeria, which I'm acquainted with.
