Was the Ph.D. degree or any university degree for that matter, ever a singular measure or certifier of intelligence? Does knowledge also translate into intelligence? Is knowledge the same as intelligence? Have you not come across some Ph.D. holders whose conduct and quality of reasoning or outright irrational reasoning caused you to feel that they went through the university, but the university did not go through them?
