Exciting times are here to read Professor Falola writing about Dino Melaye! I was immediately attracted to this piece but then I thought it is not even worth my time - Dino???. Why not read a book or watch a good movie. I made the error of starting the piece thinking I will scan through quickly. Well, I ended up reading the entire piece and such a delightful reading it was for me. I echo Oga Falola’s sentiments. It is infuriating.
One thing though, Oga Falola forgot to add that what actually brought Dino Melaye to public attention was a disgraceful fight in the House of Representative where his clothes ended up in tatters and he proudly displayed it to the press (attached).
Dino Melaye is the case of “tatters to riches” a la Dino….
