Is this a response to your sadistic hope that " heads will roll" or is it a response to the apologias on behalf of T.B.Joshua, the dearly departed? 

BTW,  I don’t believe a word of the BBC ‘s malicious gossip.

To begin with, apart from lashon hara being reprehensible, it’s a sacred African maxim that we should not speak ill of the dead. This violation is all the more atrocious when alleged victims come out to vilify a dead man , and, of course,  when it’s word against word, and T.B is no longer here to defend himself or to speak from the grave, then also gone or considerably diminished is what Princess Claire mentioned, “ Fear of not being believed” etc

Which religious leader do you have in mind? Is it David Koresh? Jim Jones, the cult leader of the mass suicide committed at the PeoplesTemple in Guyana?

Fela has already answered your rhetorical question: Zombie  “ Go and die - Go and quench!” 

Despite the recent era of the suicide bomber and Yusuf al-Qaradawi issuing a fatwa legitimising and glorifying martyrdom through suicide bombing as “one of the greatest forms of jihad”, it is well known that Islam forbids suicide.

And Judaism? There’s the history of the mass suicide at Masada.

For a surety, the Almighty shows quite clearly in the Akedah, the story of Isaac's Binding, that He doesn't want human sacrifice, even if the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus theology, the twin pillars of Christianity, seem to contradict that

What the heck is "commiserate reaction"?  You engineer negative actions based on your capacities and capabilities and expect that the targets of your actions would react with "commiserate reactions". No! Your targets would react according to their own capacities and capabilities. It is however better not to engineer any negative actions.
