Nigeria is not Burundi or a banana republic. Mr. “Democracy,” Uncle Sege himself, tried it and failed. I wonder why this political enemy of the country is daring Nigerians. Or, is he trying to make a mockery of the Nigerian judicial system? This bloke never saw or experienced the civil war.
It is possible that this legislator is joking. I was in Nigeria when a guy vowed that he would set himself alight in a public square, if Abacha was not made the only candidate of the “leprous” parties during his infamous regime.
