My deepest condolences are extended to the family, and brothers and sisters of Namibia, following the death of the courageous and heroic President Sam Nujoma. He fought relentlessly and indefatigably for the liberation of the citizens of the Republic of Namibia. It was a struggle that lasted from about 1920-1990. His gallantry, as a determined freedom fighter, reminds us and pan-Africanists that the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step, and thereafter one step after another!
