You must be worried about the state of learning in some countries and about the profession called "teaching." Here is my own narrative. Click on the following link to read it:

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Obododimma.

This article is a personal account about why Obododimma Oha chose to become a teacher. In this post, Oha describes how he admired his teachers' truthfulness, passion and decency. He admired their sincerity and genuine care for their students. Oha describes a professor in college that challenged him not to settle for minimal education. Oha's teacher was aggressive, but motivated Oha to strive to be his best self and ultimately, become the best teacher he could be. Oha recognizes that his teachers were not only teaching him math and science, etc., but also how to be a good teacher. I really enjoyed reading this post. I really want to become a teacher in the future. I am apart of the UTeach program at UT and I long for the ability to one day be able to change young student's lives and help them learn. Reading about someone else's love for teaching is very personal and special to me. I agree with Oha that teachers in my past have influenced my desire to become a teacher. Having an amazing teacher that is passionate about their field of study, makes a student's learning experience much more enjoyable. I believe a teacher's passion is contagious and their joy lifts student's spirits and attitudes.

This article discusses why Obododimma Oha decided to become a teacher. It was due to the excellent teachers he had that pushed him to become a teacher. He emphasized that as a teacher you take your student's success in your own hands. I feel as though a lot of teachers don't take their job seriously and by him calling attention this a teacher's passion she be to prepare their students for what's ahead. While most teachers don't do this and it's only affecting the students while they still benefit from it.
