Travel Inquiry: Visit to UNILAG and Univ of Ibadan

Greetings all,

Can anyone recommend reputable hotels/guest houses for a first-time visitor to UNILAG and the University of Ibadan that are not too far from each campus, and what are the price ranges? 

Secondly, what would be the safest mode of local transportation at each location during a 2-3 day visit at each uni?

Both Universities have standard guest houses right on campus that are safe and you wont need to pay for transport if you enjoy walking.

I stayed at the unilag guesthouse on campus, and recommend it. Don’t remember the cost, but feel pretty sure it was not expensive.

I've stayed on both campuses' guest houses a number of times. Prices are moderate and depend on the category of suit you prefer - don't go for the lowest PLEASE! Good luck!
