Among other things, Trump ardently believes that Harvard is a nest of woke-ism and that woke-ism should be uprooted / annihilated in the United States, not even taught or discussed in any philosophy department in the United States.
It would seem that in Trump’s book (not the Bible) any peaceful protest against genocide in Gaza is woke and should be banned, never mind any so called “First Amendment”

And Israel is as guilty as hell, if indeed this Hillel dictum is true :
"That which is hateful to you, do not do unto your fellow."
The worldwide protests about the ongoing Gaza Genocide including the student protests in the United States are reminiscent of anti Vietnam War Protests . For the time being by very un-American draconian means Trump has a lid on all kinds of peaceful protests. However, Trump and his security team can rest assured that the American public will not countenance a repeat of the massacre that was perpetrated at Kent State University

Too bad that looking at your crystal ball, you can’t look backwards and that in the present continuous all is not quiet on the Western Front or any other front.
True : Trump inherited the sorry mess from Biden who - Kamala H having failed so woefully, had no choice but to pass the baton on to the man of the moment. Would things have been going swimmingly today if we had Lady K warming the seat at the Oval Office ? Do you think so? Maybe it’s easier to imagine that with Kamala warming the seat at the Oval Office there would have been no mass deportations and that on the contrary the invasion by all kinds of cross border immigrants via Mexico and Canada would have continued without abruption, and in addition to the free flow immigration of “ illegal aliens”, there would have been no legal/ illegal tariffs imposed by executive order only, and less peaceably to Zelensky’s Ukraine an unlimited supply chain of lethal weapons by which to “accidently ” light up the duma in Moscow - as if Moscow had been pleading “ Come on baby light my fire”, and thereby enough reason to get Kyiv sans the churches, obliterated ? On the brink of such a scenario perhaps it’s only Holy Mother Russia’s love for the churches that would prevent the whole city going up in unholy smoke and ash -a most probable scenario if one more ruthless and impatient than Putin were to take over at the helm of Russian affairs.
In many ways The Vietnam War Protests contributed to the making of Counter-culture in the United States and elsewhere . Without the Vietnam War, student protests, a new consciousness etc, all that music and poetry, no later Norman Mailer, no Theodore Roszak and The Making of a Counter Culture , no Dave Delllinger , and no Chicago Seven Conspiracy Trial
The saying is that “ Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad” - as is obvious in the case of Netanyahu & his crew who instead of “Trust in God and do good, dwell in the land and cherish faithfulness.” seem to have a lot of trust in Trump, have all their eggs in Uncle Sam’s basket and so brim-full of overconfidence that they’re underestimating the cunning of their enemies.
Bear that in mind and anticipate, if he’s not very careful Trump could get his fingers burned in the Middle East and Ukraine.
Also bear in mind that in the long run much of Trump’s anti-woke-ism is going to prove to be counter-productive…
