It's maybe part of the general moral collapse, but I clicked on the link and this message popped up:

Again, Nigeria Under Tinubu Officially Rated One of the Worst Places to Live on Earth

is very bad news indeed, an unenviable distinction that has a bad emotional impact on Diaspora people, a reality that is bad for business, bad for tourism, bad for what remains of the national pride and the self-esteem of “Africa’s most populous country”, and bad for the reputation of the current government, assuming that Nigeria only recently became the worst place on earth under Tinubu or that it’sTinubu that's responsible for Nigeria entering the Guiness Book of World Records as  “the worst place to live in, on mother earth”

Some of the other wannabe Nigeria's next president will of course be promising a miraculous transformation from the worst place on earth to an economic and educational paradise for all Nigerians , if only they are elected, so that they can finally wipe out corruption and obliteate every kind of transgression such as  poverty, insecurity,  terrorism, ransom kidnapping, the need for fuel subsidy etc etc
