I conducted an interview with Dean Wan-Ying Yang here in Taipei.  She’s a leader in higher education and women’s rights in Taiwan. National Chengchi University is one of the top universities in Taiwan. Taiwan is reputed to have the highest number of women parliamentarians in the world. Her interview revealed the reason why.
