Apart from various people who go by the name Kamal, at sometime or other Kamala Harris has probably also been chanting Que sera, sera. Since I don’t have a dog in this US presidential race, why should what Kamala Harris chants or does not chant bother me, at all ? O.K , she may not strike you as being a very warm person, exuding charm like Barack or Michelle Obama but that’s how it is: she’s the best wannabe commander-in-chief that the Democrats can come up with , and although I’m only speaking personally, I daresay the only reason I’m bothered is that we in Sweden ( “ little America” ) wouldn’t like to see USA go down the drain or go up in flames…
I say “ we in Sweden (little America )” and in case you don’t know, let me tell you : Just as there is Great Satan and little Satan, so too there's America and little America . Great America, which Trump wants to make even Greater - later…
Much of this morning’s Swedish TV was about how the AI disinformation campaign is impacting the 2024 US Elections. It’s very disturbing when at such short notice citizen x can no longer distinguish between what's the Gospel truth and and what's fake news

In their eyes Trump’s cardinal sin is his proposed chosen nation status : AMERICA FIRST and his avowed aim TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. What would they prefer to see? That he puts some other countries first or that he should prefer to see Kamala take his country down the drain again?

The less eloquent wait for what Noam Chomsky and, closer to home, what Bernard Porter says, so that like some jungle baby parrots wearing Joseph's traditional coat of many colours they can start chirping their songs about “fascism” “ Racism” White Aryan Supremacy” “George Wallace !” “Apartheid” - and, maybe because they want to be “friends” with Chomsky, friends with Bernard and enemies of Trump, may be thinking that not only the Great Minds // “great minds” and their “Intellectual Giants” associates, but even lesser minds, pint pot poets and pint pot prafessors think alike and therefore as birds of the same or similar feathers, like Jesus, he (Bernard) will promote their “interests” and private ambitions both here and in the Hereafter
There are many other articles in the same tenor, trying to link Trump with fascism and to set the stage for his rejection by the self-appointed anti-fascists (and of course the ensuing chaos if all does not go according to their best wishes. There are many other newspaper articles such as this one in today’s DN : Jan Eklund: Is Trump just weird or a pure fascist? - and even more pungent because it’s under his signature: Michael Winiarski: Does Trump Want to Turn America into a Fascist Dictatorship? - which dear Trump, even if he wanted to be a dictator - for more than one day, could not possibly be, simply because of the various checks and balances dictated by the holy US Constitution which does not permit a dictatorship - not even a dictatorship of the people, for the people , by the people - with the people dictating to him exactly what to do at every stage of his tenure
And who would believe this; not William Cohen, and not the unrepentant, some will say “treacherous”, in Trump’s book, along with Mike Pence, sharper than a serpent's tooth, the not so mealy- mouthed Michael Cohen (Trump’s ex-fixer) which the auto correction corrected because I had typed “Trump’sex-fixer” ; not them but Leonard Cohen the Canadian songster poet cooing
Democracy is coming to the U.S.A
The whole world is watching, the whole world has been watching and will be watching as once again, before, during, and after this 2024 Presidential Election it's a case of democracy going on trial in the United States or, rather, Democracy is already on trial in the United States .
You may well be wondering, “And who are the judges going to be ? “
Well , the most interesting showcase trial I’ve seen so far in this life was not The O.J. Simpson Trial, it was certainly the Bush v. Gore which the whole world followed live on television as the lawyers battled it out and went as far as offering their own interpretations of the intentions of the US Constitution.
Fortunately or unfortunately, in my opinion Bush had the better lawyer in the person of Theodore Olson
It’s a reasoned feeling, that the enemies of the United States would love to see Kamala Harris be declared the winner of the November 5th showdown , either by - God forbid - a landslide or a narrow margin - and of course in that case what they would love to see and what they could be praying for is the ensuing chaos when Trump and supporters refuse to accept such a sudden twist of fate…
