Good bye poet,

Good bye thespian.

You, 

Who wrote poetry

With your voice

And caressed eardrums

With your baritone,

Eyes with your stage walks.

You picked a fine time 

To leave Kenny.

A time when ovation is loudest.

Good bye songs supremo,

You, 

Who was and still is,

The mouthpiece of good gods,

Good bye Kenny Rogers.
