You will act as the vital link between data science teams and business leadership, ensuring technical innovation translates into commercial success.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models and data engineering projects (from discovery to MLOps).Stakeholder Mastery: Manage executive expectations, translating complex technical milestones into clear business value and ROI.Business Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and integrate data-driven solutions into business workflows.Agile Delivery: Navigate the iterative, experimental nature of data science while maintaining strict project timelines and quality standards.RequirementsAI/ML Literacy: Strong understanding of ML lifecycles, data pipelines, and the challenges of scaling models in production.Elite Communication: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences.Experience: 5+ years in Project Management, with a dedicated focus on Data/AI/ML delivery.Strategic Mindset: Equally comfortable in a technical stand-up and a high-level business steering committee.
