I would be remiss if I didn’t add a plug for Feldenkrais, my go-to treatment for back, neck, shoulders, and knees. It’s not about strength or flexibility, but rather works on ease and range of motion at points of attachment. I’ve been doing it for decades. I recommend Maureen McHugh for a local practitioner.
