Hi all,

Has anyone found an easy way to compile PTA rights for journals in a package?

I asked our E-Resources Librarian and was told that EBSCONET *should* be the magic database that knows this information, but there's no way to just export it. It shows current access, but not one that shows PTA. I'd need to look up each journal individually in Alma, and even then it's not always clear until the cancellation actually takes effect.

The department is meeting with EBSCONET people next week and plan to ask about this, but are doubtful anything would happen quickly.  How are you all handling this?

Thanks,

Dear Eric,

Sunshine Carter from the University of Minnesota has written a lot about capturing post-cancellation rights. Here's a highlight of her work in this area:

Wishing you well,
