Little did we know that 2 entirely new platforms would be released (Raspberry Pi 4 and Debian 10 Buster) in the over these past 2 weeks !
As such this is an extremely powerful release having successfully navigated to transition to both -- that is incredibly promising new hardware (the Raspberry Pi 4 stands to transform schools around the planet) and arguably the granddaddy of all Linux distributions (Debian 10 Buster is the basis for many other OS's).
IIAB 7.0 is officially now approaching the final home stretch:
As such please everybody who can report any remaining glitches or showstopper issues affecting your country's schools/clinics/libraries/orphanages! (And any subtle/critical needs we might have overlooked, as you go about building your own DIY Internet-in-a-Box digital library?)

Congratulations;I just installed IIAB on my RPi4 4 GB memory with a 256 GB microSD.card works nicely on Rpi4 wifi using 10.0.0.208 in browsers including an iphone 7...
Many thanks Tom!
1) Did you choose a MIN-sized, MEDIUM-sized or BIG-sized Internet-in-a-Box install?
I chose the minimum
As outlined in 2019's new table/chart here:
2) What do you mean by "changed memory in Preferences / Raspberry Pi Configuration to 256" and what exactly was necessary here?
Latest debian allows setting memory for Rpi 4. ( mine has largest ; 4GB)Nice
Tom
I just did a big install to my Rpi4 with a debian install on new 256 gb card.
What OS exactly? Are you talking about Debian Buster Lite 2019-07-10 ?
No ; see link below
Used 512 memory this time.
Where is this setting exactly?
For details see: updated wiki page:

I need to understand what you are saying!
And what the consequences are (:
Downloaded many apps -works well.
Note i installed firefox to debian and used it for iiab-admin.
Cool, great news Tom.

Congrats!! Wonderful to see this speedy progress. I tested out an earlier release @ DWeb Camp on an RPi4 a couple weeks ago; can't wait to try this preview. SJ
