Two doubts about Azure SR Plugin Usage

Hi all

I have a couple of question about Azure SR plugin...

1) Is there a chance to use multiple Microsoft license keys in a single server?

2) If I configure the umsazuresr.xml fie with the default value for noinput-timeout, (that is 10 seconds)... I'm always obtaining an immediate no-input response when the audio prompt finish (the audio is longer than 10 seconds). It seems the timers start to count at the very begining of the audio file play, instead that start when the audio ends....

I have read in another post that this is because "the header field Start-Input-Timers is set to true on RECOGNIZE" and that "then you should consider disabling the input timers originally, which is the common practice." But I'm not sure what does "disabling input timers" mean.... ¿In the client? ¿In the server? ¿In the VXML application invoking the transcription?

By the way, I'm using UniMRCP for Asterisk with a VXML interpreter, and a UniMRCP client

Hi Eduardo,

1) Although using multiple accounts with Azure SR/SS plugins is not supported, that would be a nice addition and would allow the use of the Azure plugins in a multitenant environment similarly to the Google plugins.

2) The header field Start-Input-Timers is set on the RECOGNIZE requests by the MRCP client. If you are using app_unimrcp for Asterisk, then consider setting the option 'sit' to 'auto'.
