Getting output speech to text as event

Hi, currently i am doing PoC to integrate uniMRCP server for speech to text with freeswitch.

I can see the output text on the freeswitch console and log.

I am trying to get it from freeswitch as event or from ESL but i have no idea anything about it. Is there any way maybe i can get it directly from uniMRCP server?

Hi Mohamad,

The mod_unimrcp module in FreeSWITCH provides implementation of abstract ASR and TTS interfaces defined by FreeSWITCH.

It is possible to implement a basic speech application in the dialplan or use Python, Lua, JS or any other bindings available in FS for implementation of more sophisticated apps. It is also possible to implement an async external application using the ESL interface in FS. There is nothing specific to UniMRCP when it comes to ESL. You may check out the following page which contains some sample applications to get started.
