The Umbilo river is in a sorry state..

Please be aware of the dangers to us residents and the environment due to the following results.. not to mention the other issues experienced in this river system.

Good Evening Nicole,

We have been taking samples every Monday for a while as per spreadsheet attached to the test result email. 

Yes, I believe the city should be teatong and taking responsibility, however as we are all aware things do not happen as they are meant to... Which is how we are in this current predicament to start with. 

I fear that the issues that have plagued this river system for years is going to be once again swept under the rug agaib, with focus put mainly on this disaster currently experienced with the Transnet oil spill.

This is all very sad.
