Philips Envisor C HD C1.3 post upgrade --> to do list

- Philips Envisor C HD C1.3 boot up --> Ultrasound Application loaded
- Press Alt+Report(F4) to close Ultrasound Application (D856GBF)
- goto Windows Explorer
- C:\Cots\Mercinst.exe Double Click on Mercinst.exe file to install
all system drivers (Graphic driver, LAN, ...)
- at Image Screen --> Press Alt+Ctrl+R --> login as user: service
password: 8511753 --> goto RST (Resident Self Test)
- goto Control Panel --> Service --> Service --> password: just4rich
--> Control Panel

I have a Philips HD7 with a similar problem. No presets shown. I have a backup software but do not have a service password to correct the error.

the video card was changed.

But I can not leave the screen.

I would to like install Dicom features too. I have tried with numbers wich you inform but no results.
