Does anyone have experience with a cheap or diy heatsealer that can be rolled over the foil to seal it?

That was my attempt at a more controllable version of this sort of thing:

A couple of folks were using the first one above to make balloons (might have been Leo B).

Mine is a 40W cartridge heater (from 3D printer) and glass bead Thermistor. I'm happy to ship it to you if you want to give it a try.

My interest in making foil balloons waned when we found the YoKohamas.
