Hello, I need some helping information. I want to use- picture stand.vy - and place a jpg file inside using AM. I used a png as an insert, but it only worked once. Other times it stays black. Since it is 3D, I wondered if I need a special format to insert a file. Any suggestions please.

Ok now, I used a pdf file and it worked. Wonder why jpg did not work, nor didn't png. But it is alright now. Thanks

No special format required. It uses the pict/mov input of artmatic engine. Only problem that can happen is VoYager don’t find the file, so make sure the image file is placed

in the same folder as the VY bundle. If it still doesn’t work send me the scene and I’ll have a look

.png & .jpg should work fine, use them everyday.
