Latest Perou PAM50 Call with ER Centering on TCGA BRCA

Hello

I wonder from where can i find the PAM50 Call with Zhao et al ER and HER2 centering on TCGA BRCA in latest? I ran it on TCGA BRCA and i want to compare/validate my call results.

Hi Hira,

I'm not quite sure which paper you are describing but it is likely that we do not have this data since the last update we made to our PAM50 calls was from this paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/nature11412. 

If you want to view your data and the PAM50 calls from Zhao et al alongside the public data we have, you can load these into your own Xena hub. More information can be found here: https://ucsc-xena.gitbook.io/project/local-xena-hub/getting-started
