Hey Guys,

I think we should definitely submit something to this AP-S logo contest, and we have plenty of time (due December)
Have a great weekend!

Regards,
Junbo

IEEE AP-S Logo Redesign Contest

Participate in the 2021 IEEE AP-S Logo Redesign Contest!

Design and draw a new logo for the IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society, following the rules reported at the official website of the competition: https://ieeeaps.org/596

The IEEE AP-S Branding Ad Hoc Committee will select the winner of this first phase. The selection will be based on the following criteria: creativity; overall presentation; scalability; ready identification of IEEE AP-S; ability to generate interest in the Society, including by but not limited to young engineers and those who may want to study antennas and propagation; representing new emerging opportunities in science and technology; and compliance with IEEE branding guidelines (see the official rules at https://ieeeaps.org/596).

The winner(s) will receive $500 USD, complimentary registration for the next IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society conference or IEEE AP-S event of their choice (not including travel), a certificate of appreciation, and the acknowledgment of the winner on the IEEE AP-S website and in the AP-S magazine.

This contest commences on June 15, 2021 and ends on December 15, 2021 ("Entry Period").

After the competition, the winning logo(s) from the contest will be finalized by a professional designer in concert with the IEEE creative staff. A multistage IEEE AP-S membership poll among the logo(s) from the contest, the logo from the professional designer, and our traditional existing logo will be carried out to select the future logo for the IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society.
