Thank you for this great resource. I was wondering whether any mappability beds were available for the macaca mulatta 10 genome(or prior versions) and rn7. Thank you so much

Unfortunately we only have uint files for rn6 and nothing for macaca: https://bismap.hoffmanlab.org/raw/rnor6/

Please use the software (https://github.com/hoffmangroup/umap) to generate those and let me know if you have issues with the software.
