This looks like 3d 3d printing, I'm going to try it at RDGHack to see:
https://fullcontrol.xyz/

Reminding me of our 3dp chainmail, though this is resin on a substrate:

And to think we said "no more than 60 degrees":

Season's Greetings, Mike

Nice, I'd not yet seen the CNCKitchen arc supports, I'd mentally speculated about this sort of thing when I saw the FullControl 90 degree demos - it's a clever way to make overhangs with arbitrary shape!  Definitely going to try it, with slow speed and good cooling.
Enjoy 3D printing over Christmas!

I did a test print of a demo of FullControl 90. It is small and quick but I didn't like the stress on the Z.

I was at Formnext in Frankfurt with Duet3D a couple of weeks ago. We had an E3D toolchanger (only two tools) with an Open5x (rotational A and B axes) on the Z axis, and Duet3D closed loop stepper motors on the X and Y axes. It was printing some quite wild shapes with barely any tuning! The gcode it was running was assembled from Prusaslicer (the white bits in the photo) and Full Control (the 'tubes'). Here's some bad pictures (I probably should have taken more). Hope everyone is well! Merry Christmas!

Great to see you Ian, working hard on 3DP still, and attracting lots of attention!  Malcolm done good, bringing mem and so many together with you, Alex G, Tony H. David and the others here and around the other spaces. At rLab the printers rival the Lasercutter as most used. NASA also have a contract open for someone to maintain 3DP on the moon if you are available. Season's Greetings, Mike.

Hmmm… Idea just came to me that we could potentially have some kind of TVRRUG meetup in the new year.  Maybe show and tell what you are printing 10 years on?

rLab or I could offer nibbles at the new Edumaker nanofactory?

Cheers,

Sounds good, probably the challenge is finding a compatible day and time for everyone.
