No, they are not going to four downs instead of three, and the field will remain wider than in the States... next year, the US concept of starting the play clock as soon as a previous play ends will be adopted, as will the requirement that team benches be on opposite sides of the gridiron (at least four stadia there currently don't do that), while the criteria for scoring a single point on a play are narrowed; in 2027, the goal posts will follow the American convention of being in the back of the end zones, which are being shortened to 15 yards from 25, while the field itself is being longitudinally shortened to 100 yards:

To clarify, the end zone is currently 20 yards. It was shortened from 25 to 20 in the 1980s when BC Place Stadium in Vancouver was built and it wasn't designed to properly accommodate a 25-yard end zone.

The shortened field and end zone are rumoured to be happening for a similar reason - to better fit the field into BMO Field in Toronto, which was originally built as a soccer-only stadium and thus not to the CFL field length of 150 yards.
