The live action-animated made-for-Max feature about Wile E. Coyote suing the Acme Corp. for all of those malfunctioning devices he used to try to catch the Road Runner that Daddy Zaslav's Warners Discovery tried to bury has been picked up by Ketchup Entertainment, the indie distrib who also picked up "The Day the Earth Blew Up," the made-for-Max first full-length animated feature starring Looney Tunes characters (Daffy and Porky, to be exact) to decent if not spectacular box office--no release date yet:
