Amazon and the once-fabled movie studio are now one, for $8.5B--questions remain as to how Amazon Studios will fit in and the future of MGM's premium channel/app Epix, not to mention Mark Burnett's future as TV chief, where he has not developed a new unscripted hit for MGM (and all of his other hits are co-owned with other entities):
