...asking the following question in its entirety:

"Super Bowl?"

Obviously there's no structure at all here. What would you think this person was asking, presuming nothing else?

If they were a FB fan, I would assume they were asking me who I thought would make it to the SB. If not a fan, I might think they were wondering if the games this weekend were the Super Bowl.

If they were a FB fan, I would assume they were asking me who I thought would make it to the SB. If not a fan, I might think they were wondering if the games this weekend were the Super Bowl.

The person does not use a computer, only their cell phones. The latter was my guess... but see the reply to Jon.

Close. They wanted to know when it is. And they were angry that I don't remember that fact based only on that short a question.

When I'm watching a first-round playoff game on Saturday, I can't care less when the SB is... there's still a later game that day, two more on Sunday, four more the following weekend, and the conference championships the week after that.

Meanwhile, only one network is carrying that game, and neither of the ones carrying today's game is that network. I'm (trying to) concentrate on the game that's on at that time.

I thought the bigger issue (or one of them) today, was that the colour analyst in the early game talked too much about one of the quarterbacks in the later game...
