WOR tried the concept from the early 90s till what's now iHeart acquired it in 2012... now 77 WABC owner John Catsimatidis last week told its morning host Sid Rosenberg he'd like to expand its footprint... except that unlike the then-Rick Buckley-owned 710, he'd acquire the affiliates, “only if they’ll sell them to us for nothing.”
