Hannah Gutierrez Reed was offered "a favorable resolution" by the prosecution if she explained how live rounds were on the set, but would face additional charges if not... then Reed was busted for bringing a gun into a nearby bar 10 days after the incident... Reed's lawyer is seeking dismissal of the gun charge...

Gutierrez-Reed's trial began today with jury selection, and is expected to last about two weeks...
The judge in the case shot down efforts on both sides last week to suppress evidence...

That was a quick verdict 

They will appeal it for ten years, but it was a really quick decision all things considered.
