SAG-AFTRA Overwhelmingly Ratifies New Netflix Contract

Two noteworthy aspect of the new contract:  Background actors (or extras) in the area of Netflix's Albuquerque studios will be considered union, the first 'background zone" in 30 years (Chicago is mostly nonunion extras, including the Wolf shows), and regulars on Netflix series will be allowed to accept other gigs for at least three months without having to get permission:
