The California governor is personally suing Fox News for $787M (coincidentally similar to the Dominion case settlement) for defamation by a statement by Billo's former buttboy Jesse Watters that Trump talked to Newsom by phone on June 9 (Newsom says they last spoke on June 7 and that Fox and Watters used a transcript of the June 7 call as proof of the June 9 call)--Fox PR shot out a statement that the case was "frivolous" and that Newsom was trying to stop "free speech":
