As challengers to the deal queue up at Delaware Chancery Court, a member of that panel overturns a lower court ruling stopping Rhode Island's state-run employee-pension system from looking at Paramount's finances and stuff... then four groups from New York, including the beeg cee-tee's pension fund, bring similar action..
